The Arturia PolyBrute has become one of my favorite synths to play and design sounds on. Though I’ve had or used most of the brute line, this one is a bit different. It can be smooth, lush, and delicate if you want, along with getting wild and unhinged!
It can do some cool brass and string sounds. In this video I just go through a few of them to give you an idea of what some of these sort of patches sound like.
I think this is one of the most well laid out synths I’ve ever used. You don’t ever have to go into a menu if you don’t want to. Even if you do dig into a menu, it is still super intuitive.
