Chrisean Rock has been transferred from a prison in California to a facility in Oklahoma to stand trial for drug charges for which she could be sentenced to as much as eight years behind bars.

According to TMZ, the rapper’s inmate file from the Craig County Sherriff’s Office shows she arrived in Oklahoma on Wednesday evening (August 7).

Rock was previously charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances with intent to distribute, and failure to have a tax stamp affixed on the drugs.

She was aware of an active warrant out for her arrest for these charges as far back as March of this year, however she refused to turn herself in for fear of what would happen to the young son she shares with Blueface — who is also currently behind bars.

Chrisean was originally arrested over a felony fugitive warrant relating to the Oklahoma drug charges after she attended Blueface’s court hearing with their child. back in June

The rapper/reality star was picked up shortly after arriving at a courthouse in San Fernando Valley, California where, according to TMZ, several officers were waiting for her.

Prior to being able to be extradited to Oklahoma, however, the 24-year-old had to await sentencing on a California assault charge, which happened on June 18.

According to AllHipHop, she received a 30-day prison sentence for the misdemeanor charge of assault with a deadly weapon without a firearm.

Shortly after the sentence was handed down, Blueface’s manager Wack 100 offered an update on her legal situation: “I think within the next 30 days, they got 45 days to transport her.

“If they come get her … they’ll fly her over there. So, the faster she gets over there, the faster she’ll be home. It’s not like she’s gonna do some years, be incarcerated for a long time.”

He continued: “The minute you hear Rock is in Oklahoma, [she’s in] custody. Probably within 10 days of that, best case, she’ll be home. Or the judge might give her a little time: months, couple of months, whatever they do.

“Either way, we’ll see her before Christmas. We’ll see her before the summer’s up. She’ll be alright … She’s in the same situation Blueface is in.”

Unfortunately, contrary to Wack’s prediction, Blueface is in a much more dire situation, as the rapper was reportedly hit with a four-year prison sentence in his a recent probation violation case tied to a 2021 incident.

The controversial rapper’s father shared a video on Friday (August 9), revealing the extent of Blueface’s jail sentence.

Sounding visibly upset, his dad said: “Good afternoon, y’all. You can probably tell the result by the way I look, but they gave him four years. Stay strong.”

Wack 100 still remains hopeful, however. He responded to the sentencing with a social media post of his own, casting doubt on the idea that he would have to do the full four years.

He explained: “He got four years, four hundred something days off. It’ll come down to three years. He’ll go to state and do a third of the time. He’ll be home in nine, 10 months.”
