The track captures real-life Christmas where poverty dictates the sizes of Christmas trees, how full the fridge will be, and if presents will even make it down the chimney. Darq’s matter-of-fact bars are gripping and touch on the pressure of holiday cheer, holiday spirit, and lack thereof. Images of the Grinch robbing, stealing, and trying to find one beer during it all offer some comedic relief.
