Ye is looking to execute another big move involving his current relationship. Per TMZ, the artist formerly known as Kanye West has filed a trademark application to claim the phrase “Wife By Husband.” According to the outlet, the phrase appears to be the title of a book he’s concocting about his wife, Bianca Censori.
The legal documents show the filing was made by Kanye’s company Ox Paha Inc., and the 808’s & Heartbreaks artist “wants to use the trademark for different types of printed books… including biographies, non-fiction, and picture books.”
The pair has made plenty of headlines since their public debut, with the most recent round stemming from Censori’s 2025 Grammys red carpet look. While walking along the line of photographers, the couple stopped, Bianca turned around, and she slowly lowered her fur coat to reveal a transparent “dress” underneath. She wasn’t wearing any undergarments, and her nude look sent shockwaves throughout social media.
If the bold outfit choice was made for the purpose of garnering attention, that mission was completed. The “Ultralight Beam” emcee boasted on Instagram afterward about how his better half is the “most Googled person on the planet.”
“FOR CLARITY, FEBRUARY 4TH 2025, MY WIFE IS THE MOST GOOGLED PERSON ON THE PLANET CALLED EARTH,” Ye posted. “WE BEAT THE GRAMMIES” he added in a follow-up post.
West was first linked to Censori just a few months after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized in 2022. According to Us Weekly, the two were spotted out dining together in January 2023 and the outlet confirmed the pair had “a small marriage ceremony.”

Since then, they have been spotted out together on numerous occasions, and although the Grammys 2025 look was a show-stopper, it certainly was not the only one of its kind. Censori often rocks nearly-nude ensembles, and West frequently shares photos of them. And to the critics, he says, “Ima post my wife as much as I want, bro. It makes me happy. Some people don’t want you to be happy. They want you to make them happy. I decided to make myself happy, and I’m happy with that.” It’s safe to assume he will be sharing similar photos of her in the upcoming book.
