Lupe Fiasco has been in the gym religiously — but those are not the only bars he’s been lifting. The critically acclaimed rapper has just come out with a draft of a song he previewed on his Instagram to tease a new album in the works.
Speaking on the CRS Lupe era, the artist put out a “sketch recording of a concept” as he called it on Instagram reels. The idea is called ‘Shrink,’ and is a song that is accompanied by visuals of washing machine and laundry, perhaps to signify how certain clothes shrink when washed. Of course, this is a larger metaphor, like it always is with Lupe. Check it out below!
Lupe also revealed the name of the album that he’s working on. It is called First World Problematic, and the teased snippet seems to be representative of the direction he’s going to head in with this project. What do you think?
