Solid State Logic and IK Multimedia have two heavily discounted offers that are well worth your attention if you’re looking to upgrade your creative effects toolkit or guitar setup.

SSL X-Delay & X-Echo Bundle
The first deal is the SSL X-Delay & X-Echo Bundle, now available for €36, which is a massive 92% discount compared to the regular price. Officially, this offer was supposed to end on January 21, but at the time of writing, it’s still live.
If you somehow missed it, grab it immediately, because this is easily one of the best deals we’ve seen so far this year.
The bundle includes two delay plugins from SSL, but with very different personalities.
X-Delay is a modern digital delay inspired by classic 1980s hardware, built around four independently configurable delay taps. You can sync taps to your DAW, create dotted or triplet rhythms, and use the global Multiplier control to scale all delay times at once.
There’s also modulation, saturation, diffusion-based reverb, filters, de-essing, and Freeze/Kill controls for more experimental effects.
X-Echo, on the other hand, focuses on vintage tape delay. It models the behaviour of early tape echo units, including wow and flutter, tape saturation, hiss, and self-oscillation when you push the feedback.
The visual waveform display is particularly useful for understanding how repeats interact with the source signal, and features like diffusion, de-essing, and stereo widening make it easy to fit the effect into a mix without much tweaking.
The second deal worth highlighting is AmpliTube 5 by IK Multimedia, currently 84% off at around €36 until February 2. This plugin was part of IK Multimedia’s legendary group buy last year, but even outside that context, this is still a great price.
AmpliTube 5
I use AmpliTube 5 all the time for guitars (obviously), but also as a creative multi-effect because it’s so packed with amps and other gear. It’s a super deep amp and effects environment that covers the entire signal chain, from stompboxes and amps to cabinets, microphones, rooms, and rack effects.
