Ray J’s latest hospital scare follows months of troubling disclosures about his heart and his interest in treatment abroad.

Ray J needed emergency care Thursday after his livestream turned into a medical crisis just days after his latest public health warning.

The 45-year-old singer left Fab Factory by ambulance on October 1 as his mother watched first responders help him during the broadcast.

Page Six reported that footage showed medics treating his bare chest with equipment before taking him away for further care. The outlet cited sources who described heart issues but did not identify a diagnosis or provide an update on his condition.

The health scare came during Rayhab, his planned 180-day stream, which has reportedly kept him awake for long stretches at a time.

The reports do not establish that he suffered a heart attack or confirm the prognosis he has described to viewers.

AllHipHop last covered his concerns September 28, including his claim that he would die in 2027 and his thoughts about Haiti.

His prediction dates back to January, when he told viewers, “2027 is definitely a wrap for me,” after a hospital stay. Ray J also claimed his heart worked at only 25 percent and blamed years of heavy drinking and drug use for the damage.

In a separate January video covered by People, he offered a more hopeful message about what might come next for him.

He said, “My health is not okay,” while telling viewers that a change in habits could still help him get well.

His more recent remarks suggested he still had concerns about both his heart and liver and had not sought another checkup.

“My liver is fcked up. My heart is still fcked up,” he said in footage cited by Complex this week.

Ray J had also discussed seeking help in Haiti, where he said he believed he might find a cure for his heart problems.

The Los Angeles Times quoted him saying he might “do some voodoo” because “they got the cure.”

The Haiti idea was part of his search for help as he discussed the toll he believed drugs had taken.

In January, Ray J received hospital care for pneumonia and heart pain before he began sharing his grim outlook with viewers.

Brandy has pledged to support her brother, writing on Instagram: “I am gonna continue to help take care of you.”
