What’s the best thing about a national holiday? The sales, of course. Reverb is marking Labor Day by slashing prices on synths, amps, keys and more.

Loads of gear is currently on sale in Reverb’s Labor Day sale – including some quality Moog offerings for the synth heads. For example, the 1970s Moog Micromoog is currently £231 off. Elsewhere, you could nab a signed Geddy Lee MiniMoog Model D for just £3,167, a £1,081 discount – which even comes with a limited-edition Rush vinyl.

Some Yamaha synths have also taken a cut, with the price of a 1980s Yamaha DX7 dropping by 15% for a saving of £92.15. Arturia’s hybrid digital/analogue MicroFreak is also 10% off, going for just £194.

If you’re not keen on refreshing your keys, there’s also some great discounted gear to spice up your recording sessions. If you’re on the hunt for a condenser mic, a mint, fresh out the box Neumann U87Ai Studio Mic Condenser is sitting at £2,092 – a small price to pay for one of the finest mics around. Antelope Audio’s Edge Solo Large Diaphragm Condenser Modeling XLR Mic is also available in mint condition – and its a whopping 60% off. That means it’ll cost you £215.29 rather than £538.21.

If you’re hunting for a modelling microphone, Slate Digital’s 2018 ML-2 Small Diaphragm Modeling Mic is also sitting at a respectable £91.80, a 34% discount from its usual £138.17.

And that’s not to mention some of the amps on offer, too. You can grab a piece of breakthrough tech in the form of Universal Audio’s 1176 Peak Limiter, the dynamic range compressor that changed the amp game back in the 1970s. The Urei Universal Audio ’70s-’80s amp is currently £2,295.62.

From 10% an AKAI MPK Mini Play MK3 25-Key Keyboard to Teisco’s R-3A RHYTHMER Vintage Rhythm machine, there’s plenty of deals to sift through. Who knows what bargain you might get your hands on!
