T.I. has been making it extremely clear that he wants to see 50 Cent in a VERZUZ battle and he says the New York rapper agreed to it privately before declining the invitation publicly. It started out as fun and competitive talk, but a few hours ago the tensions heightened a lot when 50 posted a less than flattering picture of T.I.’s wife Tiny, taunting him without so much of the comedic tone that we’re used to.
T.I.’s son King put out a video where he said “posting my mama like your mama ain’t dead, go put some flowers on that b*tch grave”. Obviously, it’s gone way beyond competitive talk now.
Now, Tip has taken to Instagram to share a minute-long snippet of what sounds like a diss track or warning aimed at 50. He’s in album mode right now, gearing up to release what he’s saying will be his final body of work, so he’s definitely studio-ready. It’ll be interesting to see where this goes.
