As part of a Spring Sale promotion, SoundMorph founder Jason Cushing is giving away his very first synthesizer to a SoundMorph Universe member.
Earlier this week I shared the story of working as a Pizza Hut delivery driver and delivering pizzas to the EA campus in Burnaby. During that time I saved up enough money to buy my first real synthesizer. That synth is this one. My Waldorf Micro Q.
It has been with me since the very beginning and still contains some of the presets I made back then. That little yellow synth helped spark the path that eventually led to working in game audio, and later to starting SoundMorph. After all these years, it feels like the right time to let someone else in the SoundMorph community have a turn with it. So I’ve decided to pass it on.
The synthesizer will be given away to an active SoundMorph Universe member. Customers can purchase the Universe Bundle at the lowest price ever offered, on sale for $699 USD during the Spring Sale. Use discount code SPRING2026 at the checkout.
The bundle contains 55 sound libraries and 6 software tools, a total of 343+ GB of cinematic sound design. Owners of SoundMorph libraries can upgrade by logging into their account.
