Concord Label Group has named Andy Serrao as Chief Creative Officer, effective immediately.

In the role, Serrao will report to Concord Label Group CEO Tom Becci and oversee A&R and strategic marketing across the company’s owned label imprints, including Fearless Records, Concord Records, and Rounder Records.
Serrao joined Fearless after the label became part of Concord, recruited by Fearless founder Bob Becker, who later promoted him to President.
During that period, he worked on the development and expansion of Fearless’ alternative and rock roster, collaborating with internal teams to identify, develop, and scale artist careers.
“Andy’s success at Fearless over the past seven years, along with his ability to build and lead an exceptional team and artist roster, made him the clear choice for this role.”

Under Serrao’s leadership, Fearless has worked with artists including Ice Nine Kills, I Prevail, Pierce the Veil, and The Pretty Reckless, supporting their progression from early-stage touring to larger-scale live operations, alongside consistent releases in the rock and alternative market.
According to the announcement, in his new position, Serrao will “focus on widening Concord’s A&R lens and expanding the creative expectations across its label imprints”. His remit includes broadening roster development and strengthening the company’s approach to artist growth beyond traditional album release cycles.
Commenting on the appointment, Becci said: “Andy’s success at Fearless over the past seven years, along with his ability to build and lead an exceptional team and artist roster, made him the clear choice for this role.”
“He embodies the kind of creative leadership we value—hands-on, intentional, and grounded. I’m excited to watch him step into this challenging new position.”
“I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to lead the wider CLG team in work I truly believe in—supporting artists, serving music fans, and helping connect with the next generation of the two in meaningful ways,” said Serrao.
“At the end of the day, our success comes from a shared vision and commitment to our artists and to one another. We have no choice but to do work that makes them both proud.”

Serrao will remain based at Concord’s Los Angeles office.
