Charleston White is out of jail after his Florida battery arrest, but competing allegations, alleged witnesses and disturbing images have turned the case into a bigger controversy.

He’s embroiled in a very crazy dispute involving a woman who is accusing him of abuse.
The controversial internet personality and sometime comedian was arrested Saturday, September 12, by Hollywood Police in Florida. He was booked into the Broward County Jail on a misdemeanor Touch or Strike/Battery charge. Not too crazy, right? Initial booking information showed White being held with a $0 bond while awaiting judicial review. That’s kinda crazy.
Now Charleston is back outside.

But getting released does not make the legal controversy disappear. In fact, this thing seems to be getting more complicated.
White maintains that he has six witnesses who can support his version of events. According to his account, the confrontation involved expensive luxury items he says he took from the woman, which allegedly prompted her to attack him.
That is Charleston’s story.
The woman involved has publicly pushed back and made allegations of her own. She has posted images online that she claims show injuries and scars resulting from alleged abuse by White. And she says it was over at least two days. Those allegations have not been established in court, and the precise circumstances leading to the battery charge remain unclear.
So right now we have two dramatically different narratives and, apparently, plenty of people claiming to have receipts. This is also Charleston White’s second arrest story in roughly a month.
Back in August, White was booked in Collin County, Texas, on misdemeanor allegations involving unlawful carrying of a weapon, marijuana possession and driving without a valid license. He subsequently posted bond and was released.
Charleston White is getting arrested more than the rappers he talks about. Now his own situation is becoming content. He needs to talk about himself – lol!
