Anderson .Paak and Cordae have been teasing some new music together for the past few weeks.
Today, the duo has announced their forthcoming collaborative album, Heavy Is the Crown which will arrive October 23 via APESHIT/Mass Appeal/EMPIRE. The project is born out of their long defined their friendship while the artwork is a nod to the cult comedy film Step Brothers. Check out the artwork above.

Earlier this year, Anderson .Paak celebrated the 10 year anniversary of Malibu with the release of exclusive anniversary vinyl and limited-edition cassettes in partnership with EMPIRE. The album will come with a six retailer exclusive vinyl product release covering Amazon to Indie Retail, and an animated zoetrope version for D2C.
