Future is really out here raking in new accolades each day, and the new and updated RIAA certification across his catalog is just another proof of the fact. Not only was Future a part of working with each of the ‘Big 3,’ he is arguably in that conversation himself without ever instigating it.
I mean, just look at all the songs that have had to be updated with gold or platinum status. Almost 30 of them are platinum! These include the obvious suspects like ‘Mask Off‘ (14x Platinum),’Life Is Good (feat. Drake)’ (15x Platinum) and ‘Like That‘ (7x Platinum), and some less obvious and fresh ones like ‘Throw Away’ & ‘Codeine Crazy’ (which have gone Platinum for the first time) and ‘Draco’ & ‘Honest,’ (which have gone 2x platinum).
Future also just came out with a fresh album, The Real Me, so it seems as though his victory lap is likely to continue in a majestic fashion for years to come. After all, it is only the rapper’s 10th studio album — and he looks determined as ever.
