Having worked as bespoke rig designers for over 10 years, Gravity Rigs has announced the release of its ‘Carry On Range’, a collection of pre-built performance and playback systems, expanding upon years of top-level rig design and worldwide industry experience.

These ultra-portable, cabin-friendly rigs come with channel counts and specs for a variety of shows and budgets; with solo artists, bands, DJs and large scale performances in mind – available as an off-the-shelf solution for the first time.

Knowing that reliability, durability, and protection are non-negotiable for every touring system – the Carry On range ensures impeccable operation night after night and secure transportation over land and sea. Built to their high standards, the Carry On Range provides this and more, with an affordable selection of rigs which carry the same touring heritage and design thinking found in Gravity Rigs bespoke systems.

  • Carry On 24 – Ideal choice for artists who want a tight, integrated relationship between playback, live instruments, and vocal processing in a portable form factor. It comes with 24 analogue outputs, 4 analogue inputs, multiple USB ports, two Network MIDI ports and assignable front panel buttons for stage-wide connectivity.
  • Carry On 64 – Digital‑only system built around high‑end broadcast‑standard hardware and ultra‑reliable drivers, designed for shows where high count audio routing is paramount. It delivers expansive MADI and I/O options, for a powerful, scalable backbone with complex routing, redundancy, and complete integration with modern consoles and stage infrastructures.
  • Carry On 12 – Compact playback rig that includes dual‑computer switching and 12 channels of analogue output, with MIDI switching and integrated network connectivity. It comes with a full rack space free for additional equipment to meet your show’s audio, MIDI, or video requirements. An affordable, customisable and upgradable option.
  • Carry On Zero – Stripped back case and sleeve option. An airport‑friendly, cabin‑compatible and road-tested rack system for artists and engineers who have their own kit but need a tough, intelligently laid‑out home for it on the road.

Each rig comes in a hard-wearing, watertight, and ultra-protective case, specifically chosen to incorporate thicker custom foam and significantly more shock protection than anything else on the market, cleverly designed to allow storage of two laptops. Pro-standard cabling and paneling features in all of the designs, and their hand-crafted housing is fully modular for future expansion and upgrades – designed, built, and shipped from Gravity Rigs HQ.

Gravity Rigs works at the forefront of live music systems, established for over a decade and renowned for its performance rigs for The Chemical Brothers, Bicep, Disclosure, Burna Boy, Pendulum, Massive Attack, Floating Points, Little Simz and plenty more.
