NBA YoungBoy has been seen feeling rather dejected lately, and it seems to do a lot with his declining health. The rapper recently opened up about having a swollen heart and how that has affected him.
Upon being asked by Funny Marco about how many more albums he has got in him, NBA YoungBoy responded with a heartbreaking “1-2 albums,” and mentioned he might do one tour at max to top it all off. It’s clear that the diagnosis has hit him hard.
Speaking on the diagnosis itself, the rapper explained, “The doctor told me the left side of my heart was swollen. That explains the music though, right?” Probably one of the most heartbreaking statements to hear from any artist, especially someone who has made such a mark in hip hop and so early. The rapper said that music isn’t really his focus anymore, being healthy is — more power to him!
