Tyler Perry’s dumping his $57M Beverly Hills mansion where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle once stayed as he prepares to relocate to Puerto Rico in 2027.
Tyler Perry is clearing out his California real estate portfolio in a major way, listing his sprawling Beverly Hills compound for $57 million as he prepares for a complete lifestyle overhaul.
The 22.5-acre property sits behind the gates of Beverly Ridge Estates, a gated community that’s become synonymous with A-list privacy and exclusivity.
Perry purchased the land back in 2004 for $4.3 million and spent years building out what would become one of the most sought-after compounds in the Hills.
The main residence spans roughly 24,500 square feet of Mediterranean-style architecture with eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms that cater to his high-profile guest list.

Inside, you’re looking at a grand double staircase anchoring the foyer, a wood-paneled library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, and a 24-seat private screening room for those late-night movie marathons.
The property also features a wine cellar, full gym, private spa, and a separate bar and lounge area for entertaining.
Outside, the grounds open onto a rectangular swimming pool with fountain features and manicured landscaping that stretches across the entire property.
The estate comes with a one-bedroom guesthouse and staff quarters, which explains why it’s hosted everyone from Oprah Winfrey to former President Barack Obama over the years.

According to the NY Post, the filmmaker announced plans to relocate to Puerto Rico at the start of 2027 while dramatically scaling back his work schedule.
He’s also listing his Jackson Hole, Wyoming property for $39.5 million, bringing his total asking price across both properties to $96.5 million.
The Beverly Hills market has remained resilient despite LA’s mansion tax and recent wildfire damage, with median sale prices hitting $4 million during the three months ending in August, up 34.1% year-over-year. Perry’s listing arrives at a moment when high-end California real estate is seeing serious movement from major players looking to diversify their holdings.
His real estate empire still includes his massive Georgia compound and the sprawling Tyler Perry Studios, his 330-acre production complex built on a former Army base, but the California properties represent a clear signal that his next chapter is happening elsewhere.
