Never Found has released a free vocal tuner plugin for Windows (VST3 and standalone). VT-Mini features voice tuning and pitch correction on one page, and EQ and de-esser on the other.
TUNE handles pitch correction, with Retune, Amount, Natural and Variation controls and a chromatic or key-based scale. CLEAN adds a low cut and a dynamic de-esser on the same graph.
Two modes — Low Latency for tracking through, Studio for tuning what you already recorded.
